Concept Creation & Space Planning

First stage of the project is designing a concept and talking to our clients to understand their needs and establish an overall idea and direction to the project. We also visit the site to understand the space and scale of the project. Depending on the client’s requirements we produce sketches and mood boards to show the general design direction. The function of the space, physical limitations, furniture, size, and flow are all important when we space plan.

3D Visualization

Our 3D Visualizers create photo realistic renders of the interiors and exteriors using advanced technologies and software. The client can imagine every space, every detail of our design concept prior to execution. 3D visualization is a decision-making step for the clients. We communicate our proposed designs visually and tell our concept story beautifully with realistic elements including furniture, lighting, textures, materials & details.

FF&E Specification and Working Drawings

This is the most important part of the design stage. It involves the research and selection of products, furnishing and materials. Our aim is to check the right fit of materials within the budget and timeline. We work with a wide range of material suppliers to satisfy the needs of every project. Our designers test and feel every material to ensure they comply with our quality standards. Our technical designers draw the details and the plans to scale so we can share them with our contractors to quote and price the project. We check and ensure our drawings are perfect with all the special detailing and materiality.

Fit out & Site Supervision

Fit out and supervision is the most important part of interior design. The execution of the above works will be done by a contractor and supervised by our team. It needs to be executed correctly and efficiently to fully enjoy the result. Our team carefully monitors and guides the fit out process to ensure all issues are addressed immediately. Our clients get to enjoy the process and see the magic unfold.

Styling & Handover

The most interesting and fancy part of the process is styling. After all the dirty works at site are completed, we style the space and bring out life to the space. We decorate with furniture’s, place the plants in the right place. We carefully select the colors of the curtains / blinds, emphasize the bedding with cushions to provide the soft and comfortable support. Finding the best place for the flowers, candles, and diffusers to maximize the pleasant scents in the space are just a few of the small details we pay attention to when styling the interiors of our projects. We finally invite our talented photographers to capture the process and the beautiful spaces that we created with love and care. We handover the project to the client and always love to see the happy faces.
